All-Skills Camp: Offense: Hitting Mechanics, Proper Contact Points, Increase Bat Speed; Defense: Fundamental Defense, Position Play, Situational Defense; Pitching: Pitching Mechanics, Movement Pitches, Change up / Offspeed, Setting Up Hitters; (If you are a pitcher you must bring you own catcher); Catching: How To Receive, Blocking Positions, Throwing Techniques, Calling Your Own Game. Location: Everest Indoor Practice Facility (weather permitting, we may relocate to OU softball complex).

This
camp is designed to work with advanced softball athletes
entering the 9th grade through 12th grade. Camp instructors
will work with individuals on all aspects of the game
(hitting, defense, pitching, catching, strategy and
mental training.) The major emphasis will be to prepare
athletes for advanced level of competition through
individual and team development in a competitive environment.

This camp is designed to work with athletes between the ages of 8 and 18. The
Sooner Softball Camp will provide the best professional
instruction for campers of all skill levels in a fun-filled & competitive
environment. The emphasis will be on individual skill
development in all parts of the ame and the opportunity
to incorporate these skills in game-like situations.
Campers will be placed with others of similar age and
skill level.
